SECURITY ARCHIVES ACROSS EUROPE FOR YOUR FILES AND DOCUMENTS

Data protection regulations are becoming more and more diligent, so that companies face a major challenge when it comes to archiving their documents. At Rhenus Archiv Services, we operate several security archives in Germany and other European countries. This allows us to keep your documents safe in the archive closest to you. If you do need to access the stored documents, we can make them available online as quickly as possible via our courier driver, physically or digitally via our scan-on-demand service.
All our security archives are owned by Rhenus Archiv Services and are equipped with state-of-the-art security technology.

 

THE SECURITY MEASURES TAKEN BY THE RHENUS SECURITY ARCHIVES

We attach great importance to the secure and data protection-compliant storage of your documents. Therefore, each of our security archives has a gatekeeper service. We keep accurate documentation of who entered and left the site and at what time. In addition, guests are never allowed to walk across the grounds without being escorted or to stay alone within the premises. Guests will be picked up at the gate and dropped off there again.Of course, we also have electronic access control, so we ensure that only authorized personell can access your business documents. The Rhenus Archiv Services security archives are all video-monitored, temperature-controlled, have motion detectors and pest control systems and are equipped with fire protection systems.

In Europe, Rhenus has established a network of 24 security archive locations. The security archives are located e.g. in Poland, Austria, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Switzerland and Hungary.

Your files can be moved by transferring them to one of the archives and entering them individually into our archive system, where they are equipped with a barcode. With this process, every movement of a file can be clearly tracked and provides the highest level of transparency. 

The security archives are owned by Rhenus and are equipped with the latest state-of-the-art security technology. We ensure full transparency in your document and file inventories with our state-of-the-art archiving system, hosted in our own data centre in Germany. Every file movement is recorded in the archive system in an audit-proof manner, so that the status of the file can be traced at any given time.

In addition, we offer the highest security and comprehensive protection against unauthorised access, theft, fire and water damage. We guarantee that your sensitive data is stored in compliance with the most stringent security standards. To this end, we are certified in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and GLP.
