Federal Ministry of Justice presents draft bill for faster digitisation of the justice system!

With this draft bill, the Federal Ministry of Justice (BJM) is advocating the electronic continuation of analogue files.
This means that applications and declarations may soon be permitted as scans and hybrid files.
If this draft law comes into force, considerable resources can be saved in the time-consuming scanning of old files.

"Zu den Akten" (ZDA) - The sorting process

Our ZDA process includes the sorting of individual documents into your physical file. 
Since we provide the files with a file ID in the form of a unique barcode before they are stored, we can identify the file despite anonymized storage in the archive. The documents are sorted into the corresponding categories of the file within a very short time and, if desired, with metadata.
Complete documentation is carried out automaticall by entering new documents directly in our archiving system.

Processing
